Russell Brand`s stag party was the "most civilized"
The comic actor celebrated his remaining days as a bachelor before his wedding to Katy Perry at the famous British lothario`s naked table dancing venue Angels on Saturday night (25.09.10) with a host of celebrity friends, including former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher and comedian David Walliams.
However, reformed hellraiser Russell - who has overcome drug and alcohol addictions - was one of the best behaved future grooms Stringfellow has have ever had in his club.
He wrote on his blog: "Well now you know where Russell Brand had his stag party? Yep! It was at Angels on Saturday night.
It was full of big A-list names along with Russell himself there was Jonathan Ross, David Baddiel, Carl Barat (frontman with Pete Doherty of The Libertines) and Noel Gallagher from of course the legendary Oasis - one of my all-time favourite bands (sadly without his brother Liam.)
"So now you want me to tell you all about the crazy things these guys did, right? Well I`ll give it to you straight. It was the most civilized stag party ever, no crazy stuff at all - not even from Russell himself! They just watched the girls on stage and had a few drinks, but they had a lot of fun and a great time.
"So there you have it. Film stars, TV stars, rock stars and famous comedians and not one scandal between them!!! (sic)"
And Stringfellow admits he is thrilled Russell chose to host his stag party in his establishment.
He added: "Wow, I have to say it`s great being part of the UK`s showbiz history."
As well as visiting the club, Russell and his friends also watched his beloved soccer team West Ham United defeat London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and had a raft building competition on Sunday (26.09.10).
The 35-year-old star`s fiancee Katy, 25, held her bachelorette party in Las Vegas earlier this month with pals including Rihanna.
The `California Gurls` singer partied at the Casino Tower and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and watched a performance of Ka by Cirque du Soleil.
Russell and Katy are due to tie the knot in India sometime in October.
